Christina has been in practice for over 13 years. Christina’s practice is spread across all areas of corporate and commercial law but she has particular focus on M&A, joint ventures, taxation (Cyprus & international), finance (asset and project) and arbitration and dispute resolution. She has worked on many leading transactions across all sectors, including oil & gas, aviation, telecoms and capital markets in many jurisdictions such as Cyprus, Greece, Russia, CIS and US.

She has worked also on many international reorganizations and restructurings including of US listed groups.

Christina has also been involved in a number of high profile corporate litigation and arbitration cases, some of which involved novel points of law and matters that were not previously judicially pronounced upon in Cyprus.

Christina frequently publishes articles in legal periodicals across all areas of her practice but in particular energy, investment funds and taxation.
Christina was a senior associate with one of the largest law firms in Cyprus prior to founding the firm.
